About
Anastasia(she/her) is a queer production sound mixer based in NYC. In 2021, she graduated summa cum laude from SUNY Purchase with a BFA in Film and an invigoration for filmmaking.
Originally from Maryland, she has found a home in NYC working on every sort of project, including narrative shorts, features, documentaries, commercials, and some theater and livestream work.
She is passionate about sound: its technical side and emotional component. Not only does she capture high-quality audio with an attention to detail, she is dedicated to making voices heard and stories be told.
She brings this love for sound into her own personal projects, such as a 6-episode sci-fi narrative podcast Unearthed, and her upcoming short, Hero’s Journey.
